Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Quality Tents LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event's scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
- If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the event, 50% of the total rental fee will be withheld from the refund as a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event's scheduled start time.
- Rescheduling will be subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date and time preferences.
- If rescheduling is not possible due to availability, the cancellation policy will apply.
